Job Description

As a Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be crucial in producing high-quality textiles. You will operate and maintain rope-making machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain winding and twisting machinery.
• Conduct quality checks on produced ropes and report any issues.
• Conduct machine repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in the training of junior operators on machinery and safety practices.
• Document machine performance and any maintenance conducted.
• Work closely with quality control to meet production standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Help implement new technologies and processes for production improvement.
• Participate in safety audits and reviews.
• Assist in inventory management for raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in textile machinery operation preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing roles

Technical Skills

• Textile Processing Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
