Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Plating Equipment Tender to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining plating equipment, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the plating process.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the plating process for various components.
• Regularly inspect and maintain equipment functionality.
• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Assist in implementing new plating techniques and methods.
• Utilize software for recording and controlling plated parts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in plating or metal finishing is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate plating equipment
• Understanding plating techniques

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in plating or metal finishing: Any additional certifications related to the field would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a leadership role: Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
