Warehouse Distribution Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Distribution Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Watford. You will manage a team of staff, implement efficient distribution processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement new technologies and systems to improve warehouse operations.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and KPIs for management.
• Foster a safe working environment by promoting health and safety standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in logistics, warehouse management, or relevant experience

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages
