Job Description

We are seeking motivated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you'll be responsible for selecting and preparing reusable bottles for filling, ensuring compliance with quality standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carefully prepare and sort bottles for production.
• Verify that all bottles adhere to quality standards before filling.
• Conduct regular inspections of production lines.
• Communicate findings to supervisors and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain records and report discrepancies in inventory.
• Assist with the training of new employees in quality control processes.
• Support the maintenance of equipment used in the sorting and packing process.
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in quality control are a plus

Experience

• No previous experience required, but prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

• Good communication skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in manufacturing or logistics: Experience in a similar role helps with understanding processes.
• Experience with quality control processes: Understanding of quality assurance techniques is a plus.
