UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the hunt for an experienced UX Designer to join our talented team in Cardiff. In this role, you will design user-friendly interfaces, conduct user research, and iteratively improve the user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine and enhance user experience.
• Work on user interface design within a collaborative team setting.
• Translate complex user workflows into simple, elegant design solutions.
• Foster a culture of feedback and collaboration within the UX team.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Master's degree in Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user experience design

• Sketch

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certificate
• NNG UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile environments: Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and processes.
• Familiarity with front-end development: Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
