Job Description

We are currently seeking a Tax Consultant to join our Birmingham office. This role involves providing essential tax advice to our diverse clientele, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and assisting clients with their tax planning strategies. The successful candidate would be expected to have a strong understanding of UK tax regulations, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough tax research to support client consultations.
• Review and analyse financial information to prepare tax documents.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide high-quality service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations demonstrating tax strategies.
• Assist in the resolution of tax disputes and audits.
• Contribute to the development of tax planning strategies for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Business
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a tax advisory role

Certifications
