Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our sales team in London. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and UX improvements.
  • Form partnerships with influencers to broaden reach and enhance brand reputation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in our digital approach.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while managing customer data and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management to shape future marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Media
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot) is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role
