Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Assistant Director to support our production teams in creating outstanding film and television content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that productions run smoothly from pre-production through to final edits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations on set and ensure all departments are aligned.
  • Assist in the preparation of production schedules and shooting scripts.
  • Be a point of contact for cast and crew, ensuring clarity in communication.
  • Provide logistical support during shoots, including equipment management.
  • Monitor the flow of production and adapt plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
  • Work collaboratively with the production designer and technical crew to achieve visual and narrative goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, or related discipline
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Director or in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with production software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Avid)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Languages
  • English: Fluent

  • Previous experience in a high-pressure set environment: Demonstrated ability to handle stress and make quick decisions on set.
