Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Compliance Analyst to join our finance team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our financial operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies, contributing to the overall integrity of our financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing compliance processes and recommend improvements.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Document compliance-related activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the finance manager in compliance-related projects.
  • Conduct research on compliance trends and regulations.
  • Provide insights on improving compliance systems and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in financial compliance or audit
