Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing financial data, managing budgets, and supporting strategic decision-making. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers and can translate complex financial information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  • Contribute to the budgeting process by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in identifying key issues.
  • Prepare accurate financial forecasts based on historical data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
  • Maintain and develop financial models to forecast business growth.
  • Assist in audits and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders wherever necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
