Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Design and implement customer surveys and focus groups.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports for decision-making.
  • Work with other departments to integrate insights into marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market responses to enhance strategies.
  • Provide consultancy on best practices for customer insights.
  • Lead data-driven discussions within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Foster relationships with external research partners and vendors.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on research findings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sociology, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

  • 5+ years in customer insights or market research
