Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our Leeds office. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on user-centered design, crafting exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll play an integral role in our design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into visually appealing and functional designs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver user-centric interface designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform competitive analysis and contextual inquiries to better understand user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the entire design process.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s identity and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Utilize analytical tools to track user interaction and drive design improvements.
  • Gather insights to guide future design iterations and optimize usability.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to team projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or a related field
  • Master's degree in Design is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on digital products
