Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a profound knowledge of healthcare systems, with robust skills in data management and an ability to interpret clinical information to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with healthcare teams to assess informatics needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Implement clinical decision-support systems to enhance patient care.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and initiate improvements.
  • Ensure that all informatics systems adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Educate staff on best practices in informatics usage.
  • Document processes and maintain detailed records of system changes and protocols.
  • Facilitate workshops to improve user engagement with informatics tools.
  • Assist in the integration of new technologies into existing workflows.
  • Evaluate user feedback to refine informatics strategies.
  • Provide technical support for end-users regarding informatics systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced degree in Health Informatics is a plus
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a clinical informatics role.
