Job Description

We are seeking Probation Officers and Correctional Treatment Specialists dedicated to transforming the lives of offenders. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supporting inmates on their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments to inform treatment and rehabilitation strategies.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counselling.
• Advocate for inmates’ access to support services and community resources.
• Compile reports for court and internal use based on assessments and evaluations.
• Engage with families of inmates to provide support and guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related field is essential
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Experience in casework or counselling within the criminal justice system is advantageous
