Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Table Games Dealer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately operate table games such as blackjack and roulette, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring fair play and integrity at all gaming tables.
• Monitoring player behaviour to prevent cheating or collusion.
• Maintaining an engaging atmosphere for all guests.
• Assisting with promotional activities and events at the casino.
• Adhering to operating procedures and gaming protocols.
• Documenting any incidents or irregularities for reporting purposes.
• Regularly updating knowledge on new gaming products and protocols.
• Encouraging responsible gaming and player awareness.
• Performing end-of-shift cash-outs and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of dealer training programs/courses is advantageous

Experience

• Experience dealing multiple table games is preferred.

Certifications

• Gambling License (or willingness to obtain)

Languages
