Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Bus Inspector to guarantee the safety and operational efficiency of our bus fleet. The successful candidate will conduct thorough inspections, pinpoint maintenance requirements, and uphold compliance with transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buses before and after service to ensure operational safety.
• Review maintenance records to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Assist in audits related to safety compliance and maintenance protocols.
• Liaise with external inspectors and regulatory bodies during assessments.
• Document findings from inspections and report discrepancies to management.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss maintenance strategies and safety protocols.
• Provide feedback on bus performance to improve service reliability.
• Ensure that all safety equipment onboard buses is operational and meets legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical certification or vocational training is preferred

Experience

• Relevant experience in vehicle inspection is an advantage.
