In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damages, preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, and managing the repair processes. Your exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of automotive repair will ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify repair needs.
• Create and issue detailed estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Engage with customers to clarify estimates and address any inquiries.
• Schedule repairs and manage parts inventory efficiently.
• Ensure that the repair team receives all required information and guidelines.
• Follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Document all repair activities accurately for future reference.
• Assist customers with insurance paperwork as required.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
