Job Description

As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will be integral to our mission of providing effective pest management. This role involves inspecting, identifying, and controlling pests in residential, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify pests in diverse environments, providing effective solutions.
• Implement both chemical and non-chemical pest control methods.
• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols during chemical handling.
• Document services rendered and client feedback accurately.
• Train new staff on pest control techniques and customer service.
• Review and refine pest management strategies regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Valid Pest Control Technician license or certification
• Additional certifications in specific pest control areas is a plus

Experience

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
