We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to take on the role of Bushel Girl. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks, sorting produce, and ensuring accurate packing. Your skills will help us deliver the freshest products possible to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sorting and packing operations.
• Guarantee high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure correct labelling of packed products.
• Assist in resolving any packing issues during production.
• Provide feedback on efficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments.
• Participate in regular team meetings.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• No prior experience required, although experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Languages
