Responsibilities

• Ensure every garage door is installed correctly and tested for reliable functionality.
• Document all services provided and report any issues back to management.
• Work closely with the procurement team to source quality materials.
• Engage in regular vehicle maintenance for service vans and tools.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members when required.
• Participate in ongoing training for personal development.
• Attend team meetings to discuss projects and improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and adhere strictly to safety guidelines.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in safe and good working order.
• Develop relationships with repeat customers for ongoing business.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications or apprenticeship in carpentry, construction, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role related to installation services.
