Job Description

We are on the lookout for a General and Operations Manager to spearhead our day-to-day operations at our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee production processes, enforce quality control, and manage a dynamic team to ensure efficiency and excellence in all operational aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee daily operations and coordinate production schedules.
  • Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Ensure the proper training and development of staff.
  • Monitor budgets and control operational costs.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues that arise.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety, compliance, and respect within the workplace.
  • Report directly to the board on operational outcomes and efficiencies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing context
