Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects across the North West. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in project planning, execution, and delivery, with a proven record of managing teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Implement best practices for project management.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
