Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our IT support team in Grimsby. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols and experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Evaluate and recommend network improvements.
• Lead projects to upgrade and enhance networking systems.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard networks.
• Provide detailed reports on network performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant networking experience preferred

Certifications

• Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA)
