Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture client relationships through follow-up communications.
  • Quickly address and resolve client concerns and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and transactions.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Attend industry events to represent the company and expand the network.
  • Advance knowledge of company products and services to communicate value effectively.
  • Develop a sales pipeline and monitor progress against targets.
  • Utilise analytical skills to adapt sales strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is compliant with company policy.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
