Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Liverpool. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and our in-house team to create impactful design solutions across various media.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects and present ideas to clients effectively.
• Utilise design software to create high-quality graphics.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Assist in the art direction of photo shoots as needed.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior designers in design principles and software.
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of professional design experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Web Design
• Typography

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Social Media Design: Experience designing graphics for social media campaigns and advertisements.
