Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to join our dynamic team in Southampton. You will play a vital role in managing healthcare services and optimising patient experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the medical staff as needed.
  • Develop and maintain patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits of patient records and administrative processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or business management is preferred
