Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sailor and Marine Oiler to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Captain and crew in all aspects of vessel operation, maintenance, and safety measures onboard.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Captain and crew in navigating the vessel safely.
• Contribute to the service of guests during excursions and activities.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report issues.
• Assist in educating guests on safety procedures and vessel features.

Requirements

Education

• Valid STCW certification
• Valid ENG1 medical certification

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marine role.

Technical Skills

• Tender Driving
• First Aid

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Problem Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of marine safety regulations: Understanding of regulations and standards in the maritime industry.
• Previous experience in luxury yacht charters: Experience with high-profile clients and exceptional service standards.
