We are seeking an Insurance Claims Adjuster to evaluate and manage claims, ensuring a seamless process for our clients. The right candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset, enabling them to handle claims efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Manage claims from initiation through to resolution, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
• Collaborate with legal teams when necessary for complex claims.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the claims handling process.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding claims procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy changes and market trends.
• Assist in the training of junior claims adjusters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in insurance claims adjusting

• Claims Management Software

Certifications

• Insurance Adjuster License

Languages

• English: Fluent
