As a Data Analyst in our Birmingham office, you will delve into large datasets, using your analytical prowess to extract actionable insights. Your role will be vital in helping us understand customer behaviour and improve our product offerings. We’re keen to find someone who is not just good with numbers, but excellent at storytelling through data.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to drive data-focused strategies.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to assess performance and success across initiatives.
• Interact with external data vendors to integrate additional data sources.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements based on data-driven analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
• Master's degree highly desirable

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis

Technical Skills

• Tableau/Power BI
• Statistical Analysis

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Google Data Analytics Certificate
• Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
