Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barrel Plater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating barrel plating equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality plated parts.
Responsibilities
Set up and adjust plating equipment for different jobs.
Conduct quality checks and ensure specifications are met.
Assist in training new operators and team members.
Implement continuous improvement strategies in plating operations.
Work closely with the quality control team to resolve issues.
Document production data and plating parameters.
Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training in metal finishing preferred
Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in barrel plating or related processes.
