Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barrel Plater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating barrel plating equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality plated parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust plating equipment for different jobs.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure specifications are met.
• Assist in training new operators and team members.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in plating operations.
• Work closely with the quality control team to resolve issues.
• Document production data and plating parameters.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in metal finishing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in barrel plating or related processes.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
