Job Description

We are in search of a Platform Manager to lead our technical operations, focusing on the stability, scalability, and security of our platform. The successful candidate will oversee a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with various departments to continually improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical operations team and ensure effective project execution.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships for platform services.
• Prepare detailed reports on platform performance and user feedback.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations or platform management

• AWS

• Docker and Kubernetes
