Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis on healthcare data to drive decision-making.

• Work with IT teams to integrate data systems for seamless data flow.
• Train and mentor junior data staff on best practices in clinical data management.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals.
• Contribute to the writing and publication of research papers.
• Evaluate new data sources and their applicability to ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Epidemiology or related field
• PhD is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management.

Technical Skills

• SAS
• Data Warehousing Concepts

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Data Science Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in clinical trial management software: Familiarity with systems like Medidata or Oracle's Siebel.
• Ability to mentor junior staff: Experience in training others in data analysis techniques.
