Job Description

As a Spun Paste Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining the spun paste machine within our manufacturing team. Your role is vital in ensuring quality control and efficiency in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the spun paste machine to ensure reliability.
• Evaluate and adjust machine settings to accommodate different product specifications.
• Document maintenance activities and report any deficiencies to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production workflows.
• Support team members in meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards related to machinery operation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or mechanical work
