Job Description

As a Construction Site Manager at Building Solutions Ltd., you will oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. Your role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
  • Enforce site protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Implement best practices for time management and efficiency.
  • Prepare for and conduct site safety audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Construction Software

Certifications
  • Management of Health and Safety at Work (MHSW)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in residential and commercial projects: Hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction.
