Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare operations in Bristol. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and that our healthcare professionals can focus on patient care. Responsibilities include administrative support, staff coordination, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative duties to ensure smooth healthcare operations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve operational processes.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Support strategic planning and operational assessment efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Manage patient feedback and resolution of complaints.
  • Ensure inventory management for medical supplies.
  • Assist with financial audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or a related role
