Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts in compliance with engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and operate CNC tools, ensuring that quality standards are met.
  • Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
  • Conduct regular checks on the machines for performance issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the workspace and equipment.
  • Communicate with engineers and quality control personnel regarding production standards.
  • Assist in training new team members on CNC operations.
  • Implement improvements in machine operations to enhance productivity.
  • Document production outputs and machine logs as required.
  • Participate in regular safety training and compliance audits.
  • Support team efforts to achieve production targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Vocational training or apprenticeship in CNC machining or related fields
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience operating CNC machines.

Advantageous
