Job Description
As a Lever Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by efficiently operating and maintaining levers and machinery. You'll ensure smooth production processes, while adhering to safety protocols and optimising performance.
Responsibilities
Perform adjustments and calibrations on levers.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
Assist in developing operational manuals and procedures.
Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Technical diploma or equivalent
Additional mechanical or technical certifications preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
Basic computer literacy
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Soft Skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Certifications
Forklift License
Languages
English: Fluent
