Lever Operator

Job Description

As a Lever Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by efficiently operating and maintaining levers and machinery. You'll ensure smooth production processes, while adhering to safety protocols and optimising performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform adjustments and calibrations on levers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist in developing operational manuals and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or equivalent
• Additional mechanical or technical certifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Certifications

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
