Job Description

As a Healthcare Economics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing healthcare data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our organisation. Your expertise in healthcare economics will be crucial as you develop statistical models and evaluate the efficacy of healthcare interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of healthcare data, developing actionable insights.
  • Maintain statistical modelling to predict future healthcare costs and outcomes.
  • Assess the effectiveness of healthcare programmes and interventions.
  • Draft reports and presentations summarising findings and recommendations.
  • Work in partnership with various teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Monitor developments in healthcare and economic policies impacting the sector.
  • Support the development of strategies for efficient healthcare delivery.
  • Assist in providing expert advice on healthcare economic issues.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving analytical methodologies.
  • Participate in professional development and training within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Statistics
  • Master's degree in Health Economics is highly desirable
Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare data analysis
