UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will work closely with product managers and developers to design user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research and usability tests to ensure our products meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Create user personas and scenarios based on research findings.
• Design and deliver user interface specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers in best UX practices.
• Develop presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• User Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Service Design: Experience in service design principles and practices.
