We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Childcare Worker to join our team in York. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, supporting their learning and development through various activities.

Responsibilities

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for children.
• Organise and lead educational and recreational activities.
• Assist with feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene of children.
• Engage creatively with children to stimulate their imagination.
• Respond promptly to children’s needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with external professionals when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Early Childhood Education Degree or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in a nursery setting.

Certifications

• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a nursery setting: Prior experience working in a nursery or pre-school environment.
