Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our Cardiff team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on proper medication use, and providing support for health improvements. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough consultations and advice to patients regarding their medications.
  • Participate in health promotion activities and initiatives.
  • Prepare and compound medications as necessary.
  • Review prescription orders for accuracy and drug interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding medications and health.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
  • Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years clinical pharmacy experience
