Dry House Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dry House Operator responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the dry house. The ideal candidate will ensure that products are dried to the correct specifications while maintaining equipment in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust drying parameters on equipment to meet product specifications
• Monitor drying operations and make adjustments as required
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of drying equipment
• Report production issues to the Production Manager
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Engage in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and technologies

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience operating dry house equipment in a manufacturing or chemical environment is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
