Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to assist in the production of metal and plastic products. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control, maintain production equipment, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup of machinery and equipment for production runs.
  • Conduct inspections and tests of products to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Document production metrics and assist in improving production processes.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to implement necessary changes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and production knowledge.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Promote a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
  • Provide feedback on production processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Manufacturing Processes is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with ISO standards
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Certifications
  • Forklift license preferred
  • On-the-job training certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
