Responsibilities
Support the setup of machinery and equipment for production runs.
Conduct inspections and tests of products to verify conformance to specifications.
Document production metrics and assist in improving production processes.
Collaborate with the quality control team to implement necessary changes.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and production knowledge.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
Promote a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
Provide feedback on production processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in Manufacturing Processes is a plus
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Technical Skills
Familiarity with ISO standards
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
