Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Winder Operator to manage and operate winding machinery, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality textile products. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to preventing machinery faults.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust winding machines according to production specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks at different stages of production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that may arise during operation.
• Train new staff on the operation of winding machinery.
• Maintain an organized work area to comply with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of relevant vocational training courses

Experience

• Experience in the textiles industry is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in the textiles industry: Previous roles in textile production are beneficial for this position.
