Job Description

We are seeking a Production Line Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Derry. You will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, along with a solid background in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full production cycle within the manufacturing facility.
  • Monitor adherence to safety practices and protocols.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
  • Evaluate production processes and implement improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Organize regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Identify training needs and arrange for necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material availability.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Relevant coursework or training in management is preferred
