Stockers and Order Fillers

Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Stockers and Order Fillers to join our operations team. In this role, you will manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate order fulfilment to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory checks and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance inventory processes.
• Report discrepancies and support resolution efforts.
• Assist in the training of new staff on inventory procedures.
• Utilise inventory management software to log and track goods.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs or equivalent, especially in Maths

Experience

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Inventory Management Systems (IMS)

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Strong communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a similar role: Experience in stock management would be beneficial.
• Experience with barcode scanners: Utilisation of scanners for tracking inventory.
• Background in supply chain or logistics: Knowledge in logistics processes will be advantageous.
