Job Description

We are seeking skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate cutting machines efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with quality control to ensure adherence to product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.
• Utilise personal protective equipment and follow safety practices diligently.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• NVQ or equivalent in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Machine Troubleshooting
• Production Management

• Problem-solving
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a production environment: Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setup will be highly regarded.
