Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Barrel Polisher to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for polishing the interior surfaces of barrels, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and appearance. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement improvements to the polishing process for efficiency.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback to management regarding production workflows and issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with polishing machinery
• Knowledge of metal and plastic materials

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team cooperation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments: Knowledge of workplace safety standards is a plus.
