Job Description

The Flower Pot Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing press equipment used to produce various flower pot designs. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and quality control. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the flower pot press machine efficiently.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure product standards.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Document all machine adjustments and maintenance performed.
• Assist in ordering materials and supplies as needed.
• Monitor and report any irregularities in machine operation.
• Participate in safety training and workshops.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the manufacturing team.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical certification is a plus

Experience

• Experience with flower pot printing and design is highly desirable.
