Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Newcastle team. The successful candidate will oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers. This role requires excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyse shipment data to identify trends.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost management for logistics.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for efficient handling of goods.
• Ensure safe and efficient transport of products from suppliers to customers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in another European language: Ability to communicate effectively in an additional European language.
• Experience in warehouse management: Background in overseeing warehouse operations is a plus.
